SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

DELIVERY

  • Spain 10€ (2-4 business days) 
  • Europe 20€ (2-5 business days) 
  • International 30€ (3-10 business days) 

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-6pm. Delivery times should be used as a guide, kindly note delivery may take longer depending on the delivery location, transit delays, or customs clearance. If you have any questions or specific requirements, our team will be happy to assist you at sales@javierguijarro.com. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that custom-made and MTO orders are produced after your order is placed. For this reason, the expected delivery time may extend to 3-6 weeks depending on the item. Each custom-made and made to order item has different production times depending on its complexity, that is why Javier Guijarro’s team will inform you of variations in delivery times of such products regardless of the standard mentioned in these terms.

 

TAXES, DUTIES

Prices are expressed in Euros, inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties. Orders outside the EU are subject to all import duties and taxes, to be paid by the customer to local customs.

 

RETURNS

We gladly accept exchanges or refunds within 7 days from the receipt of your order. The returned items must be sent back in the original condition with all packaging and materials received with the order (bags, wrappings, tags etc.). Refunds will be processed within maximum 30 days from the arrival date once we have confirmed the product received meets return standards. Please note all return shipping and import fees are at the sole responsibility of the customer. 

In order to start the exchange or return process, our team will be happy to assist you at sales@javierguijarro.com with concept “RETURN”. Please include all the order information and reason of return so we can help you. 

If you want to make an exchange for another size/product, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please follow the instructions above and remember that the cost of shipping and returns is the responsibility of the consumer. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that custom-made and MTO orders are not eligible for return nor refund since they have been made for a concrete customer. However, we will be happy to help you if a problem has arisen with one of your custom-made or MTO orders at sales@javierguijarro.com with concept “CUSTOM MADE/MTO PROBLEM”.

DELIVERY FAILURE

If after attempted delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, please contact first the carrier who is handling your shipment since we do not have control over transport companies. You can find related information in your order dispatch email. Even so, feel free to inform us on any issue with delivery and we will try to help you in any way we can at sales@javierguijarro.com
